Join us every Sunday morning at Yoga for Runners. This class is a runner friendly yoga flow that is designed to re-balance your body and elevate your training!

WHERE: Fleet Feet Sports at the RIM - 17603 La Cantera (Next to Zoe's Kitchen)
COST: FREE to current members of Fleet Feet's training programs OR FREE with the receipt of a $100 FFS purchase (within 30 days) OR $15 to drop in!
The class is open to 12 people. We will post the most current RSVP form here. Participants must bring their own yoga mat.
*In the rare case that a certified yoga instructor is not available, a foam rolling class will take it's place! You will be notified ahead of time.
