In this position, you will be working with the General Manager to organize new hire training. You will assist with the scheduling, planning and the implementation phases of training. This position is key to Fleet Feet Austin’s success as customer service is our top priority. Responsible for other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Within the scope of this position, contribute to the company’s overall position as the leader in specialty running in Texas.
Experience working as a retail leader with employee training preferred. Knowledgeable about running, bio-mechanics, and sales processes are a plus. Comfortable with recruiting, on-boarding and training employees. Proven track record to build strong, positive rapport with employees and colleagues. Work well with others and enjoys helping people improve.
