Coming Summer 09!Join Fleet Feet Sports San Antonio for speed and strength training sessions beginning Summer 09’ on Tuesdays and some Saturdays at 6:00 AM. Activities will include a track workout, with 400’s, 800’s and mile repeats. Hill repeats, pace and tempo runs on days opposite track workouts. This schedule will take you up to the San Antonio Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and Half Marathon November 15th.
