Our No Limits 10K training program keeps you moving towards your training goals and is perfect for the 5K runner looking for a little more and the half marathon hopeful. This program has two levels geared towards beginners and intermediate1 runners. This 10K program is geared towards runners who want to improve their overall distance and/or race times. The program leverages a total of four run days per week, with twice per week longer endurance runs in a group setting. Our dedicated coaches and mentors will help you every step of the way with plenty of motivation and shared knowledge.
The program will run for 11 weeks from January 16th until April 6th 2013.
All Coach/Mentor led group runs will be Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:00am.
We will be holding a mandatory information session for first time trainees and anybody interested in the program on January 9th at 7:00pm at Fleet Feet Sports.
