This summer we will be working on base building, some general strength and speed work, having fun and setting the stage for the fall racing season. Whether you have never run before, or are a seasoned runner, join this group for 14 weeks of incremental distances and intervals to get you to the fall ready to start training for a 10K, half-marathon or a full marathon! We will have pace groups and mentors for all levels.
