Summer Strength & Speed

This summer we will all be working on base building, maintaining general strength and speed work, having fun and setting the stage for the fall racing season. Whether you have never run before, or are a seasoned runner, join this group for 8 weeks of incremental distances and intervals to get you to the fall ready to start training for a 10K, half-marathon or a full marathon!  Mileage will not exceed 8 miles per run.  Wednesday workouts will take place in Alamo Heights and Saturday workouts will run from various greenways in a close vicinity.

Dates:  May 19, 2018 - July 14, 2018  

Group Workouts:  Wednesdays 7 pm - Saturdays 7 am

Program Fee: $100 for new Running Club members
