This program is built for the beginner. The aim is to introduce the foundations of fitness and wellness into the lives of those who don't know where to begin, but have the desire to take the necessary steps to start living a healthier lifestyle. Participants will be guided into a balanced exercise regimen that combines strength, dynamic movement, forward movement, and yoga.
Included in the Find Yourself 5k training program:
- 12 week training program
- Two group workouts per week, Wednesday evening 7pm Strength training and yoga, Saturday morning 7:30am Intervals of forward movement and conditioning
