Weekly Social Runs

At Fleet Feet Sports we know running can be enjoyed on your own, and for some that is fantastic. For others nothing feels quite like running in a group. If you are looking for extra motivation, camaraderie with other runners, or just want to learn some new routes through scenic parts of our city, our social running groups are a great fit. Social group runs are free and all levels of running / fitness are encouraged to join us.

Check our calendar for a detailed listing of dates and times, but here is a quick guide...

  • Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:00 am for the morning people. 
  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm for the later crowd.
  • Sunday mornings at 7:00 am for the weekend warrior.

All runs leave from Fleet Feet Sports (map), and have the following benefits:

  • Coaches guiding the way.
  • Water provided pre & post run.
  • Courses mapped and ready to run.
  • Post run stretch routine.
  • Consistent group and training atmosphere each week during the year.
